چکیده مقاله
In this study, we consider the two-dimensional quasi-geostrophic equation with fractional order. We prove the existence of steady solutions for this equation, and examine the stability of steady solutions. Our method is based on using the variational principles on rearrangements of a given function. © 2022 Elsevier Inc.
