Global epidemiological studies have underscored the high-increased incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM), as one of the most common metabolic disorders. Although some traditional sensors have been used for monitoring human biofluids the universal research for introducing novel methods and tools for monitoring DM biomarkers in various human microenvironments is ongoing to develop a diagnosis gate for more effective disease management. Electrochemical aptasensors with high selectivity features are promising to solve challenges for valid measuring MD biomarkers in human matrices. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
