چکیده مقاله
In this study, a sample preparation method based on dispersive solid phase extraction was developed for the effective extraction and analysis of acetamiprid, chlorpyrifos, imidacloprid, and pyridaben in banana samples using a MgFe-layered double hydroxide/ melamine-barbituric acid COF nanocomposite as a reliable and effective sorbent. In the desorption step, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide ionic liquid was employed as elution solvent, making the method environmentally friendly. High performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detector was employed for quantitative analysis. Under optimal conditions, calibration curves for the studied analytes showed a wide linear range at levels of 2.0–150.0 ng g−1 with acceptable repeatability (relative standard deviation ≤7.2 %) and high extraction recoveries (60–81 %). The limits of detection and quantification for the four pesticides were in the range of 0.78–1.34 and 2.0–4.4 ng g−1, respectively. Finally, the procedure was validated by identifying the identification of four target pesticides in banana sample, revealing pyridaben residues in several samples, ranging from 17 to 52 ng g−1. © 2025
