Cubes-difference factor absorbing ideals of a commutative ring

Let R be a commutative ring with 1 ≠ 0. The purpose of this paper is to introduce and investigate the cubes-difference factor absorbing ideals of R as a generalization of prime ideals. We say that a proper ideal I of R is a cubes-difference factor absorbing ideal (cdfabsorbing ideal) of R if whenever a³ − b³ ∈ I for a, b ∈ R, then a − b ∈ I or a² + ab + b² ∈ I. © Palestine Polytechnic University-PPU 2026.
