آموزش کارآفرینانه: رویکردی جدید در آموزش کودکان پیش دبستانی

چکیده مقاله

هدف این پژوهش «آموزش کارآفرینانه به عنوان رویکردی جدید در آموزش کودکان پیش دبستانی» است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی است. روش انجام آن «نظرورزی» یا «جستار نظرورزانه» است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از ابزار بررسی مستندات جمع آوری شده است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تاملی «کرسول» بهره گرفته شده است. طبق یافته های این تحقیق سه دسته از روش های یاددهی-یادگیری شامل : دسته اول: روش های یاددهی-یادگیری مبتنی بر بازی و فعالیت کودک، دسته دوم: روش های یاددهی-یادگیری مبتنی بر انجام پروژه، کسب تجارب مبتنی بر زندگی واقعی، اکتشاف و کاوشگری و دسته سوم: روش های یاددهی-یادگیری مبتنی بر خلاقیت و هنر به عنوان روش های مطلوب رویکرد «آموزش کارآفرینانه» انتخاب و معرفی شده است. رویکردی که از رشد همه جانبه کودکان در راستای گسترش توانمندی های آنان در قالب یک سبک زندگی کارآفرینانه به عنوان آنچه که لازمه زندگی کنونی و بزرگسالی آنان است، حمایت می کند.      

The purpose of this study was to investigate entrepreneurial education as a new approach to preschool education. This study is considered as a qualitative research type and the method employed included "Speculation" or "Speculative Essay". The data for the present study was collected using the documents review tools and the “Karsul” Thinking method was used for data analysis. According to this study, three groups of teaching-learning methods including: a) teaching-learning methods based on games and activities for children; b) teaching-learning methods based on projects, real life experience, exploration and excavation; and c) creativity and art teaching-learning methods have been chosen as the best practices in entrepreneurship education as a new approach to preschool children education. An entrepreneurial approach supports the full development of children in order to expand their capabilities in the form of an entrepreneurial lifestyle as necessary for their current and adult lives.
